The registration price covers one married couple—two adults—and includes the retreat experiences and accommodations identified in the package.
Yes. Registration includes two nights of resort king accommodations for the couple at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay. Couples will provide a personal credit card at check-in for incidental expenses. Couples have the opportunity to upgrade room for additional cost.

Secure your couple’s reservation with a $550 deposit by November 30, 2026, to receive the $1,100 early registration rate.
Beginning December 1, 2026, the standard registration rate will be $1,300 per couple. Space is limited, and registration may close before the early-registration deadline if all reservations are secured.
Selected meals, refreshments, and a signature MSCW date-night dinner. Meals or beverages not specifically identified in the retreat package will be the couple’s responsibility.
Yes. Couples may pay the $550 registration deposit and complete the remaining balance according to the established payment schedule. Couples may also pay the full registration amount when registering. All balances must be paid in full by January 8, 2027.
The non-refundable $550 deposit secures your couple’s reservation and is applied toward the total retreat registration balance. It is a deposit toward the complete retreat package—not solely the hotel room.
Registration payments are non-refundable. Eligible payments may be transferred as a credit toward a future MSCW couples retreat when a written request is submitted by the established transfer deadline. Credits are subject to the complete MSCW cancellation and transfer policy, availability, pricing, and terms of the future event.
MSCW: Together 2027 is an adults-only couples retreat. Children are not included in the retreat accommodations, programming, meals, or activities.
A detailed itinerary will be provided upon completed registration. Please plan to arrive with enough time to check in, settle into your room, and be ready for the welcome experience.
Additional arrival and check-in instructions will be provided to registered couples before the retreat.
Bring comfortable clothing for retreat sessions and resort time, date-night attire for Friday dinner, and an outfit appropriate for Saturday’s recommitment experience. You may also want to bring a Bible, personal toiletries, necessary medications, and anything that helps you relax and enjoy intentional time with your spouse. A detailed packing guide will be provided once registration is completed.
Yes! We welcome thoughtful contributions from small businesses and community partners who support healthy marriages and meaningful connections. Selected businesses may contribute products, samples, gift certificates, or promotional items for the MSCW: Together 2027 welcome baskets.
Because we want each basket to feel purposeful and cohesive, all contributions must be reviewed and approved in advance. Interested business owners should complete our Small Business Contribution Interest Form or contact us at faadpublishing@gmail.com for additional information.
Submission of the interest form does not guarantee placement. MSCW reserves the right to select contributions that best align with the retreat experience and participating couples.
