Sean and Antoinette married in 2000, forming a lifelong partnership rooted in faith, commitment, and shared purpose. Together, they became career educational leaders within the second largest school division in Virginia, serving students, families, and communities through leadership, advocacy, and excellence in education. Their combined experience in education shaped their approach to leadership—grounded in structure, accountability, and compassion—values that continue to influence the mission and operations of Forever and a Day Publishing LLC today.

Antoinette officially became CEO of Forever and a Day Publishing LLC in 2020—a defining year that reshaped how stories were told, shared, and valued. Stepping into leadership during that season required faith, resilience, and vision, all of which continue to guide how she leads today. As CEO, she expanded the company beyond publishing books to building an ecosystem that supports authors through education, strategy, marketing, and community. Her leadership is grounded in purpose: creating space for voices that deserve to be heard while ensuring each project is handled with care, clarity, and excellence. 

Sean serves as the lead over the FAAD Assets (Finances) branch of Forever and a Day Publishing LLC, providing strategic oversight and education centered on financial stewardship and long-term stability. In this role, he leads initiatives focused on financial literacy, equipping individuals and families with practical tools to build confidence and clarity around their finances. Through FAAD Assets, Sean supports communities in key areas including debt freedom, financial independence, budgeting strategies, and life insurance education. As a licensed life insurance agent, he also helps families understand protection planning as a vital component of generational wealth and financial security. His leadership ensures that FAAD’s mission extends beyond publishing—empowering people not only to tell their stories, but to build sustainable financial foundations that support legacy, purpose, and peace of mind.
